My husband's name
is Tony. He was born in Miami, Florida. When he was very young
his mother and father moved to Rochester, New York to work in a church.
Tony was raised Independent Baptist and his father was called to preach.
His father is of Spanish descent and was preaching in the Spanish speaking
church in Rochester. When Tony was 17 his family relocated to Florida
where he and I met, although we did not meet until about 3 years after
he arrived in Florida. We have been together ever since our first
date which also was the first time we actually met. During the course
of our conversation we discovered that we had been in a class together
in high school at Escambia. I guess the Lord was giving us another
chance to meet since we didn't do it in high school. We have now
been married for 11 years and it seems as though he gets better and
better the longer that I know him. He is really a great man and a
wonderful father to my daughters, which is all a mother can ask.
He treats me like a queen and my daughters like princesses. Sounds
too good to be true, I know, but it is true. I only wish that every
woman could find such a great man.
