Lossing a lost loved one
is not easy rather it be a child, parent or best friend. Each and everyone of us
deal with our loss in a different way and in our own time, that is part of the
grieving process. Through out my search on the internet I have found many
poems that have really helped me out and would like to share them with you.

A Special Poem From Our Angels

Hi Mummy,
It’s me, your little Angel, Just checking in with you.
I know you’re sad, because I’m gone and Mummy I’m sad too.
It’s beautiful here, wherever I am, there’s such a lovely view.
But mostly when I’m sitting here I’m looking down at you. I see
all your feelings everyday when I look down I love to see you smile
and I know sometimes you frown. But guess what? I have a job to do.
God saved it for your little girl I get to watch over you and protect
you from the world. So though you cannot see me and I know it’s hard
on you, You’ll surely see the benefits of the job God has me do.
Angels all around us Morning, noon and night, wishing they were
visible, in their lovely bright light, as they leave their fragrances,
or voices that we hear, whispers of jasmine and roses, signs to know
that they are near. They sometimes nudge us, to remind us, with a
fuss, and that's a big plus. They will drop their feathers, to let you
know they are your guide, often they will do this, with lots and lots
of pride. Games, jokes and laughter, are their specialty for play.
They love to fly out and do this, throughout the whole day. Today can
be tomorrow, tomorrow can be today, Have fun with your angel and begin
to angel play. So, open your heart to your angels and believe that
they are there, Then you will have a delightful ANGEL DAY.

Safely Home
I am home in
Heaven, dear ones; Oh, so happy and so bright!
There is perfect joy and beauty In this everlasting light.
All the pain and grief is over, Every restless tossing passed;
I am now at peace forever, Safely home in Heaven at last.
Did you wonder I so calmly Trod the valley of the shade?
Oh! But Jesus' love illumined Every dark and fearful Glade.
And He came Himself to meet me In that way so hard to tread;
And with Jesus' arm to lean on Could I have one doubt or dread?
Then you must not grieve so sorely, For I love you dearly still
Try to look beyond earth's shadows, Pray to trust our Father's will.
There is work still waiting for you So you must not idle stand;
Do it now while life remaineth - You shall rest in Jesus' land.
When that work is all completed, He will gently call you home;
Oh, the rapture of that meeting, Oh, the joy to see you come!

The Intimacy of The Loss of a Child
We're not
fortunate enough to hold them in our arms,
Or brag incessantly of their considerable charms.
We've felt the elation of the + plus and the all consuming loss and
pain, yet we have the bravery and the chutzpah to try it again. We've
fielded questions from those that we know, "Where's the baby, why
are you going so slow?"
I'm unable to speak for fear of what I'll say, They cannot know the
burden I carry with me each day. I've pondered and wrestled with that
question alone, For now, I'll answer "4 babies in heaven and one
at home." The pain and suffering is heart rending to share, So
when I'm overwhelmed I sit in my chair. My Keyboard channels my heart
and my soul, To those of you out there who help make me whole. We're
all sisters who are the butt of a huge cosmic joke, we see women get
pregnant whose children have no hope. Our support line is a gift when
we are feeling blue, My thoughts and my prayers to each of you. Thanks
for being a forum and being a place, where we're not ashamed to have
tears on our face.

Letter From Heaven
To My Dearest
Family:
Some things I'd like to say. But first of all, to let you know,
that I arrived okay. I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell
with God above. Here, there's no more tears of sadness; Here is
just eternal love. Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of
sight. Remember that I am with you every morning, noon and night. That
day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through. God picked
me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you. It's good
to have you back again, you were missed while you were gone. As
for your dearest family, They'll be here later on. I need you
here badly, you're part of my plan. There's so much that we have to
do, to help our mortal man." God gave me a list of things, that
he wished for me to do. And foremost on the list, was to watch and
care for you. And when you lie in bed at night the day's chores put to
flight. God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the
night. When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years.
Because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears. But do
not be afraid to cry: it does relieve the pain. Remember there would
be no flowers, unless there was some rain. I wish that I could tell
you all that God has planned. If I were to tell you, you wouldn't
understand. But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is
over. I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before. There are many
rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb; But together
we can do it by taking one day at a time. It was always my philosophy
and I'd like it for you too; That as you give unto the world, the
world will give to you. If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and
pain; Then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in
vain." And now I am contented....that my life was worthwhile.
Knowing as I passed along the way I made somebody smile. So if you
meet somebody who is sad and feeling low; Just lend a hand to pick him
up, as on your way you go. When you're walking down the street and
you've got me on your mind; I'm walking in your footsteps only half a
step behind. And when it's time for you to go....from that body to be
free. Remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.
