Recognizing that business management education is best delivered if drawn from actual practice, the Department maintains a faculty profile of mainly industry practitioners in its roster.

Worth noting is the ability of the Department to maintain an all-masteral degree holder faculty members through conscious and deliberate effort to recruit and maintain only those with at least master degree.

In addition, the Department is able to retain a good number of these faculty practitioners in the Department's employ for more than ten (10) years.
