WHAT IS A HOME INSPECTION?
	+ An evaluation of a home's condition by a trained professional.
	+ A written report is prepared within NAHI (National Association of Home Inspectors)
	   guidelines to provide disclosure of visible defects and/or conditions that will affect the
	   function of a home.
	+ The home inspection benefits both buyer and seller:
		-  the buyer will be informed of the condition of the property; and
		-  the seller will increase the home's marketability and eliminate last minute
		 repairs that slow down the selling process
	+ Any home that is being purchased or sold should be inspected.

HOW WE INSPECT
	+ We encourage you to accompany the inspector during the inspection.
	+ The inspector will review all findings with you and answer your questions.
	+ You will receive a detailed written inspection report within 24 hours of the inspection.
	+ Inspections are performed exclusively for the customer.
	+ The results will not be disclosed to any other party without your approval.
