Course Description:

A computer literacy course, designed to meet the needs of students with little, if any, exposure to computer technology. Students with previous exposure will find the course valuable as it includes uses of computing as a teaching/training and learning tool. Students will be introduced to the use of microcomputers and specific applications such as word processing, database management, spreadsheet analysis, as these applications relate to a chool or industry setting, and will develop working knowledge of hardware and software operation.
