It has come to my attention that the link above often doesn't work... if that's the case for you, put ftp://75.111.8.185:21 in your browser's address window. Also, Firefox hates FTP, so use IE.
If you're using Vista, open up the address in windows explorer instead.

UPDATE: With the release of IE7 and Firefox v2.0, I have come to the conclusion that everyone's life will be easier if you just download and install the following FREE FTP client: CoffeeCup FTP
