he storm came suddenly... in a brief but violent attack, the lives of the residents of Earth were turned upside down. Dinosaurs in New York, dragons over England, religious fervor in France, a pseudo-Egyptian lunatic in northern Africa, and unspeakable horror in Southeast Asia. In April of 1990, the Earth came under attack by invaders who were not only foreign to our planet, but foreign to our very notion of reality and existence. Wielding magic, miracles, and technology unknown to man, they quickly established a foothold on our world and made plans to divide up the planet like a group of treasure hunters who had stumbled on the mother lode. They gobbled up huge expanses of land, converting the conquered Earth residents to their newly imposed realities. The armies of America, Africa, and Europe were mowed over by troops whose tactics could not be understood. No battle plans had been drawn to deal with the complete failure of technology, or fireballs from the hands of wizards.

Mother Earth had defenses, though. With increasing frequency, individuals could be found around the globe who stood firm against the onslaught. They were instilled with the ability to cross into foreign realities without forgetting their own reality. These men and women, dubbed stormers by one invading ruler, then later called Storm Knights, had some limited control over circumstances and events around them. They were able to perform great feats of strength, courage, and heroism against the invaders. Not one person in a thousand transcended to become a Storm Knight, but together they were enough to make an initial stand and slow the advance of the invasion. Earth had found its defenders.

This web site has been created to chronicle one particular group of Storm Knights. Made up of residents of Earth, plus several denizens of the invading realities who are in opposition to the invasion, they have traversed the globe in their efforts to repel the attack. From low-tech Living Land invading America to the cyber-religious zealots in France, their heroism has sparked hope in thousands. Follow their adventures...
