Married 40 years to Don, who is
the father of our
6 children,
grandfather to our
11 grandchildren
and greatgrandfather to 1.
(of course he couldn't have
done all that without my help!)
*grin*
We moved to Alaska in the spring
of 1996.
Our 'homestead' is filled with
2 of our grandsons and 2 beautiful
samoyeds-Buffy and Ranger.
The other inhabitants include
3 nifty hens-Biddy, ClaraBell and
Buck (don't ask!) and
at least 8 (++?) rabbits.
Of course there are the moose
and fox and eagles and.........
but this is ALASKA, so what
would you expect?
ps: update-Buck was supper
for (probably) a fox :(

a new addition to our
family is Ronda
(affectionately know as Rondy)
a beautiful pomeranian pup!
I still enjoy the 'old' things:
-making bread from scratch
-sewing quilts, shirts for the boys,
fleece hats, headbands and
sleeping bag liners
-reading good mystery novels
-listening to good music and
to the radio
-putting together puzzles,
-hosting & playing online
backgammon,
-creating my webpages.
I don't like:
-crowds
(except online-lol)
-television
-loud places
I cherish:
my family--children and their spouses
-grand and greatgrands
and
-special friends.
I take comfort in:
-the morning sky
-the northern lights
-mother earth
and
*THE ONE WHO CREATED ALL*
from a dear friend.
