Thank you for visiting and reading this love story! Brighton was the love of our life for over 23 years. The pictures below cover his life with Jeff and I. He came to us as a scared kitten from the Denver pound. He was one day from being euthanized. I guess that is one reason why Jeff chose him, that and the way Brighton stayed back in the cage, regal and aloof. That was the last time he was ever aloof to us. He became our faithful friend-always ready to please and shower us with affection. Of course we loved him as well. He was funny, playful, affectionate, loyal, brave and psychic. We both agree he loved us as much as we loved him. We will let his pictures tell you his story, one for every year.....
