at a local tournament in my home town, that was all it took and I was hooked!

Jake Fredrick and Mat Klingsporn

I have placed 3rd in the Nation, and 7th in the world......
Arm wrestling is more than strength, the skill involved is unreal,
knowing what and when to do something is very important.
Hand strength is very important, if you can not control
your opponant you can't beat him.
The NE State Director is Mary McConnaughey, she is the best!
With out her arm wrestling in NE would not exist. She is truly the heart
of arm wrestling in NE
