For all of you that have never heard of Jethro Tull, this paragragh is for you. Jethro Tull is a rock and roll band that was started in 1968. At first, the band was not very good. The only way they'd get re-booked into clubs is to change their name. Then they got asked back into The Marquee Club, so they had to go with the name that they had had the week before, which happened to be Jethro Tull. The band has been very successful and they still record new albums and tour fairly frequently. Also, there was a person named Jethro Tull that was an 18th century agriculturist and an inventor, but this page is about the band, not the person.
