Welcome to Susannah's "First Year" Photo Album!
This site contains various pictures of me from my birth, on October 29,
1998, until my first birthday. I have arranged these folders by month (November,
1998 being the first month). By clicking on a "Plus" icon in the index
portion of the page (the area to the left), you will see the list of available
pictures for the corresponding month. Since most everyone that has viewed
this site to date is using some form of Microsoft
operating system, you should find it somewhat similar to the Windows
Explorer program. Each folder name contains a link to display the picture
in this area, but you can also click on the folder itself if you wish to
view the picture without any format information. This also makes it easier
to download pictures by simply Right Clicking the folder icon, and selecting
"Save Target As. . .".
At the bottom of each index, there is also a link to a Windows
Media Player file that shows my first steps ( I started walking at
11 months ). When you click on the "Video Page" text string, your browser
will open your media player and begin playing the Walk1.AVI file ( this
is a substantial file, about 2.4 MByte ). Here, again , you can also click
on the folder located next to the "Video Page" text to download this file
in a compressed format. The file name is Walk1.ZIP ( about 1 MByte), created
by WinZIP 6.3.
