Homeless Bill Carruthers (a registered predator) moves about from campground to campground, always trying to keep a low profile since he is a two-time loser living in fear of California's "Three-Strikes" law.

TIMBER LODGE in DOUGLAS CITY


Timber Lodge in Douglas City,California is under investigation for fraudlent application and acceptance of Housing Vouchers for the homeless. Apparently, the Landlord only rents to Undocumented Mexican Alien Drug Traffickers who claim they are without means and don't report any income from their illicit activities. This, of course doesn't help the indigent homeless in the least! It merely exacerbates the homeless-problem in this nation.
