He married Wendy Lu Berner. Wendy was born Beloit, Wisconsin March 17, 1964. Wendy is the daughter of Harold Ettrup Berner and Delores Irene Poole. At 27 years of age Wendy became the mother of Allison Paige Rauscher Madison, Wisconsin, April 3, 1991. At 28 years of age Wendy became the mother of Emily Grace Rauscher Madison, Wisconsin, June 29, 1992.

At 26 years of age Kevin became the father of Allison Paige Rauscher Madison, Wisconsin, April 3, 1991. At 27 years of age Kevin became the father of Emily Grace Rauscher Madison, Wisconsin, June 29, 1992.

Kevin Wayne Rauscher and Wendy Lu Berner had the following children:
