He married Dawn Michelle Lindsay Aug. 11, 1990. Dawn was born McPherson, Kansas Oct. 30, 1967. Dawn is the daughter of Don Allen Lindsay and Sandra Diane Engelbrecht. At 22 years of age Dawn became the mother of Janea Christine Olsen Riverside, California, July 7, 1990. At 26 years of age Dawn became the mother of Savanah Dawn Olsen Topeka, Kansas, April 19, 1994.

At 26 years of age Bart became the father of Janea Christine Olsen Riverside, California, July 7, 1990. At 29 years of age Bart became the father of Savanah Dawn Olsen Topeka, Kansas, April 19, 1994.

Bart Wayne Olsen and Dawn Michelle Lindsay had the following children:
