1. William John¹ Morrison was born Virginia April 6, 1787.

He married Elizabeth Jones Pittsylvania County, Virginia, Dec. 6, 1813. Elizabeth was born Virginia 1780. Elizabeth was the daughter of Elisha Jones. Elizabeth died 1839 Cabell County, West Virginia, at 59 years of age. At 34 years of age Elizabeth became the mother of Mary Anne Morrison Cabell County, West Virginia, Sept. 19, 1814.

At 27 years of age William became the father of Mary Anne Morrison Cabell County, West Virginia, Sept. 19, 1814.

William John Morrison and Elizabeth Jones had the following child:

2 i. Mary Anne² Morrison was born Cabell County, West Virginia Sept. 19, 1814. Mary died Oct. 1, 1878 Cabell County, West Virginia, at 64 years of age. Her body was interred aft. Oct. 1, 1878 Cavil Creek, Cabell County, West Virginia, William Morrison Cemetery. She married Thompson Morrison Cabell County, West Virginia, abt. 1834. Thompson was born Virginia May 25, 1812. Thompson was the son of John Tyler Morrison and Nancy Anne Thompson. Thompson died Nov. 13, 1898 Cabell County, West Virginia, at 86 years of age. At 23 years of age Thompson became the father of Valeria Morrison Cabell County, West Virginia, 1835. At 25 years of age Thompson became the father of Thomas W. Morrison Cabell County, West Virginia, June 29, 1837. At 27 years of age Thompson became the father of Elizabeth Jane Morrison 1839. At 29 years of age Thompson became the father of Albert Bascom Morrison Cabell County, West Virginia, Nov. 5, 1841. At 31 years of age Thompson became the father of John Morrison Cabell County, West Virginia, Dec. 6, 1843. At 33 years of age Thompson became the father of Calvin Morrison Cabell County, West Virginia, May 1, 1846. At 37 years of age Thompson became the father of Mary Anne Morrison Cabell County, West Virginia, June 6, 1849. (See Thompson Morrison for the continuation of this line.)

At 20 years of age Mary became the mother of Valeria Morrison Cabell County, West Virginia, 1835. At 22 years of age Mary became the mother of Thomas W. Morrison Cabell County, West Virginia, June 29, 1837. At 24 years of age Mary became the mother of Elizabeth Jane Morrison 1839. At 27 years of age Mary became the mother of Albert Bascom Morrison Cabell County, West Virginia, Nov. 5, 1841. At 29 years of age Mary became the mother of John Morrison Cabell County, West Virginia, Dec. 6, 1843.
