Reverend Raymond (Ray)Osborne began his pastoral duties in the "Campground Charge" on June 27, 2000.

Reverend Osborne and his lovely wife, Stephanie have two beautiful children. Seth who is 6 will be in the second grade at Wesley Chapel Elementary School." Paige who is 5 will be in kindergarten at Wesley Chapel. She enjoys staying home with Mommy but "looks forward to beginning school." Reverend Osborne is presently completing a Master of Divinity Degree at the M. Christopher White School of Divinity in Boiling Springs, North Carolina where he anticipates graduating in December 2000. He has done extensive research concerning how to minister to a 21st century population. He continues his research in order to stay on the "cutting edge" of ministry.

Reverend Osborne's pastoral experience is extensive. Ordained into the ministry in 1978, Ray has served five churches over the course of twenty years. He has been elected to many Local and National positions of leadership.

Reverend Osborne has received many distinguishing honors which include: Key Speaker for local Baccalaureate and Graduation Services, Nomination and inclusion in the 1999 International Who's Who, Nomination and inclusion in the 2000 Lexington Who's Who.

When asked about coming to the village of Wesley Chapel Reverend Osborne said, "I am looking forward to being a part of this community and I am very excited about what God is going to do in and through the churches that I will be serving! I am almost too excited! If there is such a thing."

Reverend Osborne brings with him over twenty years of ministry experience. He also maintains a very large Sermon Site on the World Wide Web. He has received requests from hundreds of people in nine countries who receive his sermons on-line weekly.

Reverend Osborne requests your prayers and says "We are simply going to turn everything over to God and hold tight as He leads us into the future, whatever that may look like."
