A
Short Note From Sleepwalker:
Hello fellow Internet surfer and welcome to my home page.
I'm very glad that you made it this far . . .
and I hope that you'll stick around long enough to get to know
just a
little bit more about me After all, these days,
acquaintances that begin in cyberspace are often the most real,
vivid,
and long-lasting - and maybe that will be true of us.
My
Background
I was born and raised in the small town of Yarmouth,
Nova Scotia.
Since going on the internet, I have been able to get back in touch
with a few old
friends from high school. Which is always
fun when you have been away from your home town
for a long period of time.
<,just keeping it short for now>
My
Interests
I guess that the best - and fastest - way to really get to
know me
is by discovering what I like. So here goes . . .
I enjoying to curling, even tho I have not been on the ice for sometime
I
do miss the sport and hope to get back into the game sometime soon.
Back in 1989 the Offical of the Year Award for Curl Canada was renamed
to the Len Robichaud Memorial Award. This holds special meaning
to me
because Len was my god -father, my cousin, and most importantly my friend,
so
as you can see returning to curling and winning this award would be
very special to me. I also enjoy watching wrestling, and I could never
miss
a Star
Trek show or movie, and if I do the VCR is always running.
:)
For
the last couple of year my interests have been mainly in computers
(working with and on
them), and in working on my
family's genealogy.
I also enjoy going to flee markets and yard sale early on Saturday
and Sunday mornings, for getting there early I don't have to worry about
over sleeping because my twin brother (who is also Tom)
will make sure
I am up, with a early morning phone call. One of
the biggest advancements I made in working with computers was
by joining one of the best BBS's in Canada,The
Razor's Edge.
