A Quick and Tasty Casserole: 6 oz of Ziti or other tubular pasta (about 2 cups): 10 ounces canned chunk chicken or cooked chicken, cut into bite sized pieces: 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese: 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup: 1 soup can water. |

Preheat oven to 350* F. Grease 2-quart casserole. Cook pasta as directed on package; drain. Mix ziti, chicken and cheese; spoon into casserole. Heat soup and water to boiling; pour over ziti mixture. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until hot & bubbly. (I cover mine because my children don't like the crust that forms.) Substitute ham for the chicken and pizza cheese for the cheddar for a yummy variation. |
