We each have a gift. Some can do any sort of math they encounter, some can paint with watercolors, some can always say the right things, some can use words to bring thier life alive. Here is where I keep the paintings of life through words.

I put my hand in yours...
...and together we can do what
        we never could alone!
No longer is there a sense of
                                 hoplessness, no longer must
         we depend upon our own
                                       unsteady will power.

        We are all together now.

                                     Reaching out our hands for
                                  power and strength greater than
ours as we join hands, we
        find love, and understanding
                                     beyond our wildest dreams.

        Marriage prayer
Lord, help us to remember when
we first met and the strong
        love that grew between us.
        To work that love into
        practical things so
        that nothing can divide us
We ask for words both kind
        and loving and hearts always
        ready to ask forgiveness
        as well as to forgive.
        Dear Lord, we put our
        marriage into your hands.

okay so I didn't write this
It was writen by these people Hal and Ampy
I found on a christian home page..

        Sadow in the Moonlight
        Sometimes
In the middle of the night
I hear you call out my name
        Rolling over to hold you
I see your face in the moonlight
As I go to put my arm around your waist
I realize there is nothing there
        We are alone again
        But for one brief moment
        We were together again
In the shadows of the moonlight

        Spring Air
        Through so many winters nights.
        I sat withering
        Too tired to Love
        Too afraid to speak
        Too fed up to pray
        I was dieing!
        Snow covered me.
I was bound for the ground.
        You sent me a buoy
        Light that directed me
        I was still afraid
        I stayed blind
        I stayed lost
        Still bound for the ground
You called for me once again
        This time I listened
        This time I forgave
        This time I cried
        This time I cared!
Now I sit in your spring air!
The green grass tickles my legs
        The clouds wisp past
        My dreamy eyes watching
        My hair sparkling in sunlight
        My love growing each day
        My praise shouting your name!!
        It is time
        You have told me Lord
That I  become a buoy of Light
To share Your wonderful Spring and Might!
To save others from the cold ground!

        Ages Ago Eternity
        Miles away
        Ages ago
        I said something.
        They were not just syllables
They were not just scratches on paper.
        Because sounds can be forgotten
        paper can be burned
I etched you in my heart
I took my place next to your son
        Those things I said Lord
        They meant forever
        Lasting forever
        Starting forever
        I really do love you
        Only because of you
        Only for you
        Miles away
        Ages ago
        Forever in eternity

        Butterfly Kisses
There's two things I know for sure.
She was sent here from heaven,
        and she's daddy's little girl.
As I drop to my knees by her bed at night,
she talks to Jesus, and I close my eyes.
And I thank God for all the joy in my life,
        But most of all, for...
        Butterfly kisses after bedtime prayer.
Stickin' little white flowers all up in her hair.
        "Walk beside the pony, daddy,
        it's my first ride."
"I know the cake looks funny, daddy,
        but I sure tried."
Oh, with all that I've done wrong,
I must have done something right
To deserve a hug every morning,
        And butterfly kisses at night.

        Sweet sixteen today,
        She's looking like her momma
        a little more every day.
One part woman, the other part girl.
        To perfume and makeup,
        from ribbons and curls.
Trying her wings out in a great big world.
        But I remember...

        Butterfly kisses after bedtime prayer.
Stickin' little white flowers all up in her hair.
"You know how much I love you, daddy,
        But if you don't mind,
I'm only going to kiss you on the cheek this time."
With all that I've done wrong
I must have done something right.
To deserve her love every morning,
        And butterfuly kisses at night.

        All the precious time
Like the wind, the years go by
        Precious butterfly
        Spread your wings and fly

        She'll change her name today.
        She'll make a promise,
        and I'll give her away.
        Standing in the bride room
        just staring at her,
she asked me what I'm thinking,
and I said "I'm not sure,
I just feel like I'm losing my baby girl."
Then she leaned over... and gave me...

Butterfly kisses, with her mama there
Sticking little flowers all up in her hair
"Walk me down the aisle, daddy, it's just about time"
"Does my wedding gown look pretty, daddy?"
        "Daddy, don't cry."
With all that I've done wrong,
I must have done something right
To deserve her love every morning,
        And butterfly kisses
I couldn't ask God for more, man, this is what love is
I know I've gotta let her go, but I'll always remember
Every hug in the morning, and butterfly kisses...

        A mother is a gardener
                   A Mother is a gardener,
                   planting the seeds of
        faith,
        truth,
        and love
        that develop into the
        fairest flowers of
        character,
        virtue,
        and happiness
in the lives of her children.
