THERAPY DOG NEWS
We are made up of a combination of Adults,Cadets and our new Therepy Dog Program.
ANDREA FEYS is the therapy dog coordinator in Fergus and has informed me that she now has 10 certified therapy dogs working in our comunity

Issac just recieved his bronze tag for 75 visits

We are a small division dedicated to our Community, We as a volunteer team donated 3036 hours of public duty in 1996.

we it's that time of the year when the first aid courses are starting if Fergus First aid sept 24 and runs seven weeks. CPR starts on sept. 25 and runs four weeks

WE WILL MISS SUSAN McLEAN AS SHE IS PROMOTED TO WESTERN AREA TRAINING OFFICER AND REPLACE ANOTHER PAST FERGUS BRIGADE PERSON DEBBIE BATH WHO WAS PROMOTED TO WESTERN AREA DEPUTY COMMISIONER
NOTE
THE FERGUS SENIOR FIRST AID TEAM FINISHED THIRD IN ONTARIO AND WILL BE INVITED TO THE ONTARIO OPEN TO BE HELD IN TORONTO SOMETIME IN NOV WE ON THE FIRST AID TEAM ARE STARTING TO PRACTICE FOR THE FRIDAY NIGHT OF THE ANUAL CONFERANCE IN TORONTO " WE PLAN TO WIN"
THE FERGUS JUNIOR FIRST AID TEAM CAME IN A RESPECTABLE FIFTH IN THEIR CLASS.
UP DATE NOV-10-97 THE FIRST AID TEAM OF SUSAN McLEAN, ROB KLEIN, ANDREA FEYS AND COACHED BY LES MORRISON PLACED FIRST RUNNER UP TO THE VICE PRESIDENTS CUP FOR THE SENIOR MIXED CATIGRORY.
