Before and After
When I first decided to lose the weight I weighed
160 pounds. I now weigh 105. After my second child, I just
couldn't handle it anymore. I started to watch what I ate, and
did high impact aerobics. If I "didn't have time" for a
whole workout I would do jumping jacks or run in place with my
daughter, to get my heart rate up, and my energy flowing! Work
out with your kids! It's awesome!
