My name is Edith May (Bridges) Louthan I have lived in Kansas all my life. I have always been interested in my family but I never got into genealogy until after my mother passed away and our family developed some illnesses. The Dr's asked if anyone in our family had different things that we could not answer. Also all I knew of my father's side of the family was his name and where I had been told he was born and my grandparents name. They died when my father was eight months old. So started my quest for my family tree.
