Ok, ok, ok. I can hear the snickers now..."You actually collect these?!" I get this all the time, but it won't deter me! When I was about five or six, these were the biggest thing for me. I have all the original releases and many stations and props as well. Unfortunately, they are taking a back seat to my other collections at the moment due to lack of displaying room. They have been cooped up in many rubbermaid boxes in the garage for safekeeping -BUT they were just freed from their confinements and now are loose in the house!

As with the Matchbox and Hot Wheels, the newer ones just are not as appealing as the older ones. I am always hunting for a bargain and occasionally find some locally and statewide. However, as stated with some of my other collections, they are by no means complete! Eventually I will put up pictures of my collection as I get them, so keep checking back!

My very first My Little Pony's name was Lemon Drop and she came with the stable - of which both are showing the wear and tear of time. My collection numbers far less than most serious collectors but it continues to grow--though not nearly as fast as it used to. I used to buy anywhere from 20-30 ponies a year, but now I am lucky if I buy 5 a year. I started out fast, but have decided that by buying small numbers at a time, my interest in collecting them will remain in full swing! My all time favorite pony is and will remain Blue Belle. I can't explain why but she just is. Some of my other favorites include Dancing Butterflies, Glory, Bubbles, Seashells (for whom I am looking!), and Princess Tiffany. You can view my want list here .
