This is "Chief". He is a well-bred, sweet-tempered registered black Percheron stallion located just northwest of the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. He's an own son of Ostrailen's Rem, a very famous Percheron stallion.

Chief is a 14yr old stallion who rides and drives, passing his good temperment and sensibility on to his offspring. He is 16.2h and about 1750lbs. He is solid black with no white hairs.

There's a show-winning 17h Percheron adult daughter on the premises for your inspection. Chief has also sired two 1999 half-Arabian foals.

Chief looks more like a FRIESIAN than a Percheron and moves out nicely, with free-flowing movement... an excellent, inexpensive choice for a warmblood cross.
