Leadership Style: Relevant, relational, purposeful, and communicative. I understand that most people are drawn to passionate belief in direction and vision so I communicate the vision of the youth ministry consistently, as well as modeling it intentionally.

Development of ministry process: Observe, listen, pray, seek God’s best, study, team vision process, decide, bounce off key leaders, recruit, leadership team training, encourage, student promo, pray, launch.
