Leadership Style: Relevant, relational, purposeful, and communicative. I understand that most people are drawn to passionate belief in direction and vision so I communicate the vision of the youth ministry consistently, as well as modeling it intentionally.

Development of ministry process: Observe, listen, pray, seek God’s best, study, team vision process, decide, bounce off key leaders, recruit, leadership team training, encourage, student promo, pray, launch.

No church was started. Spent most of the time meeting area students through starting school ministries in the area. No volunteers or paid staff.
