Hello! My name is Debbie Gamble-Arsenault; I own & manage Fraction Farm. What is Fraction Farm? Well, we're a lot of things!
We're a model horse stable, we're a real small-holding located just out Charlottetown, the capital city of Prince Edward Island, located on the eastern coast of Canada. And we're the base for a complete writing & editing service.
In the Model Horse section: I've been collecting model horses for over 40 years, and my collection presently numbers about 675. Most of them are Breyers, but my "heart" lies with Hartland models, of which I have about 130. There are also a small number of Beswicks, and H-R's. Japan chinas and plastics make up the rest, along with some miscellaneous models, like the one made of real hide. Why, we even have one carved from coal! I also make a line of good quality, reasonably-priced Model Horse Tack. E-mail me for details.
The real Fraction Farm houses pleasure horses, which are primarily pets and friends, but we also take part in competition long-distance riding. PEI is the perfect place for horses, and is often refered to as "the million acre farm" or "the Kentucky of Canada." PEI is also famous for lobster, and a plethora of talented musicians and writers. The Writing/Editing service: I have been a freelance writer for nearly 20 years, writing for periodicals, and specializing in topics about horses. I also do writing for the government/private sectors, am adept at convention organization, and have a lot of experience doing newsletters, brochures, etc.
