INTRODUCTION

P.D.T.C is situated in Roodepoort, South Africa. It is owned and run by Lesley de Klerk who has been training dogs for over ten years. In February 1995, Lesley completed one of the most extensive and professional dog training courses in the world at the "National K-9 School for Dog trainers" in Columbus, Ohio, U.S.A. Since then Lesley has become a well respected person in the dog training profession and has built up one of the most professional dog training centres in South Africa.

P.D.T.C offers a wide range of courses for every type of dog. Each handler receives the best attention possible as class sizes are kept small to increase individual attention. Gentle, positive methods of training are used.

The following courses are offered at P.D.T.C.

Novice Obedience.
Intermediate Obedience.
Advanced Obedience.
Beginners Agility.
Scent Work.

Of course, as with all things in life, what you put in is what you get out! A dedicated handler can in time, get his dog to the advanced training level. The bond between handler and dog will strengthen significantly. Just imagine, your well-behaved dog will be able to accompany the family on outings, instead of always being left behind at home.

When a handler and dog joins P.D.T.C, He/She will receive a "Canine education booklet", (Written by Lesley de Klerk herself) introducing them to the do's and don'ts of dog training.

Prices are as follows :

1 Dog - R130.00 for the first month, R100.00 for each month thereafter.
2-4 Dogs - R180.00 For the first month, R150.00 for each month thereafter.

There is also a wide variety of dog training equipment and other animal care products for sale on site at P.D.T.C

Saturday

8:30am - 9:15am	Class for students 2nd month or longer.
9:30am - 10:15am	Class for students 2nd month or longer.
10:30am - 11:15am	Class for students who have passed Novice Obedience Test.
14:30pm - 15:15pm	Beginners & Puppy classes (First Month Students only).
15:30am - 16:15pm	Class for students 2nd month or longer.

Sunday

9:00am - 9:30am	Beginners & Puppy classes (First Month Students only).
9:45am - 10:30am	Class for students 2nd month or longer.
10:45am - 11:30am	Class for students who have passed Novice Obedience test / Therapy dog working class every second Sunday.
