My favorite pastime is to sit and quilt. I've been quilting for about 10 1/2 years now. I started when my first daughter was born. I've been hooked ever since.

My favorite part is applique and hand quilting. I've recently learned how to do Celtic patterns and I LOVE them! Thanks Suzy!

My favorite pattern of all time is the Double Wedding Ring Quilt. I have made a small table runner in this pattern and look forward to having the nerve to do a full size one.

I have many, many, many unfinished quilts (also known as UFO's). I love to start a quilt but can't seem to finish the whole process without wanting to do another. If I can finish at least 2 quilts a year and one UFO, I will be satisfied.

Below are a few of my finished quilts. I only own a few. I love to make them and give them as gifts.




This is my newest appliqued wallhanging. It now hangs proudly in dd#1's room!



With great thanks and appreciation to Jackie77, I proudly show off my new Roman Shades! These are very fast, easy and make a huge difference to my lifeless windows. I'm making them for all my windows!



This was a wedding present to my cousin who lives in Florida. The Pineapple pattern is a challenging one and this was king-sized. Not sure if I'd do it again!




I made this quilt for my husband. He LOVES snowmen! It hangs in my kitchen during the winter on a very special shelf/quilt rack that he made for me for Christmas. Its not shown here, guess I need to get a picture of it!/center>
