I come from a long line of animal lovers, and have had many pets over the years. I prefer Cats, and have had several that I loved dearly.

Most of the cats were rescued from the streets by myself or my children, when they were small.

I have one cat now, Frisko, who was adopted 11 years ago. He is my lap cat and very sweet.

The music in the background, "Memories" from "Cats", is a dedication to the cats we have loved and miss; especially Pepper, Frisko's brother, who passed away in 1999. It is also for my daughters cats, Gypsy, Noel and Baby and for one very special stray who left us 15 years ago, Morris.

Life is less lonely when your companion is a Cat!

I live in New York City - Staten Island, but I grew up in God's Country - Maine! I have 4 beautiful children, 2 sons & 2 daughters, and 8 wonderful grandchilren, 5 girls & 2 boys. My family is my life!

I have been an avid needleworker all my life and have a hugh collection of books, leaflets, craft supplies, and enough projects to last for 6 retirements!

I bought a computer 3 years ago, and it changed my life! I always wanted my own business and never did anything about it. Joining the internet age, I soon discovered auctions and e-business. I began selling some of books and leaflets on auctions 2-1/2 years ago, and discovered a new passion! One year ago I decided to take early retirement and start building my dream. I have missed too many opportunities in my life and decided not to pass up another one.

A few months ago a friend and I started building a web page for me to eventually turn my passion into an online shop. There is a lot of work to be done, but I am excited about this and hope that it works out. As the saying goes "nothing ventured, nothing gained". There is nothing like working from home in my sweats...no more commuter buses!!!

I love all sorts of needlework, reading, music, jig saw puzzles, board games, card games and going to Bingo with my pals!

I am a life-long baseball fan, especially the Yankees, and I love to go to the stadium. I love the ocean, boats, warm weather, the hot sand and the sound of the tide. I love all animals, but I do not like zoo's! Animals do not belong in cages and should be free as you and me!
