          We will be taking a short break from creating the memorials for the time being. Please bear with us. You can go ahead and fill out the form but it may take a month or two for the memorial to be made. We apologize for this inconvenience.


          Welcome to the SOARS1 Memorial Making Site. If you are interested in having a memorial made for a loved one that has been killed or injured from the affects of alcohol (drunk driving, binge drinking, suicide due to an alcohol related incident, etc...), please fill out this form and you will be contacted within 24 hours.

          One additional note, if you already have a memorial made located at another site, we cannot make a site for you. Our apologies with regard to this. But with the backlog of memorials we are making for others in need, we cannot accomodate everyone. I do encourage you to join SOARS webring or sign up to become a member of SOARS.

          Any other comments or special memories you'd like to put on their memorial? We strongly recommend that you do this. You could also tell us here how your loved one was killed or injured.


          You should receive an e-mail from the person who will make your memorial page within 24 - 48 hours of submitting this form. If you do not receive word, please e-mail Desiree' at soarstwo@yahoo.com and she will make sure that your request is noted.
