DEDICATIONS PAGE

This site is dedicated to my Aunt PAULINE KATHERINE ALTERGOTT HAYDEN. Right after Christmas of '96, she found that she had 2 inoperable, fatal brain tumors. She died quietly in her sleep on May 23, 1997, just 2 days short of her 78th birthday. Auntie Paula's great fear was to be forgotten by her 5 great grandchildren. Since I happened to be searching my family tree at the time of her illness, I was able to share with her much info about our ancestors. It delighted her to see each step of progress I made, each piece of new info I gleaned. Not long before her death, I was able to promise her that my work would continue and that her memory will definitely be handed down from generation to generation because of it.
