The pictures in the slide show above were taken on April 29, 2009, during our third photo shoot at the St. Augustine Bird Rookery. There were birds everywhere showing off their colorful breeding plumage, building nests, sitting on eggs and feeding their chicks.
This slide show includes several varieties of egrets, herons, storks and roseate spoonbills in the rookery as well as some imported exotic birds, and of course, the always hungry alligators.

"Have you understood that Jesus is the Savior of the world? He is the only begotten Son of God, who died on the cross, taking the penalty for our sins upon Himself, so that we could receive forgiveness of our sins and the gift of eternal life through faith in Jesus!
If you have understood that Jesus died in your place and have already received His gift of eternal life, Praise the Lord!!
