AMY'S ADVENTURE: an adoptee's story
    Thanks for stopping by my acre on the world wide web. I started this page when I started the search for my birth mother. I wanted my story out here just in case she had access to the internet.
    My parents told me when I was 5 years old that I was adopted. They always answered my questions the best they could. But the answer was always, "We don't know. All of the records are sealed." When I was a little girl it didn't make sense to me that everyone else could know details about thier birth but I didn't know anything. As I became an adult this just made me angry. I have a right to know how I came into this world just as anyone else does. They told me that if I ever decided to search that they would support me.
    This is the story of the things I did during my SEARCH.
    January 26, 1998-My birth mother and I REUNITED by email.
    March 14, 1998-My bmom and I are finally FACE TO FACE
    March 22, 1998-The SEARCH for my bdad starts.
    May 20, 1998-My bdad and I are REUNITED.
