Pro-Serve, standing for Public Relief Organisation to Serve the Humanity ,is a non-political, non-government organization of enlightened individuals, established in the year 1999 in Peshawar, with the main objective of delivering emergency relief and essential social services to the most vulnerable of the humanity, together with building up the community’s capacity through income generation and micro-credit programs.

These include the provision of essential life necessities, basic health, primary education, water supply & sanitation, skill development training and other social welfare activities, with a primary focus on the poor, women, girls, children and most vulnerable segments of the society.

Pro-Serve’s work philosophy centers on a three-pronged approach of sustainable development of the target population.  That is:

• A People Centered Approach

• Capacity Development of Beneficiaries, and

 

• The Concept of Sustainability.
