SAFETY TIPS & RULES OF THE ROAD:

• Posession of a valid drivers' license is required to operate a moped or scooter.
• When on the road you are the driver and therefore, are solely responsible for your actions.
• Moped, scooter and bicycle operators are subject to and are required by Massachusetts State Law to obey all traffic laws.
• Ride single-file to the right of the road...riding side-by-side makes it dangerous for both you and the cars who must get around you.
• Use your mirrors to look behind you...don't turn your head!
• Do not exceed 20 mph.
• Keep hands on handle grips.
• Loose gravel and gravel roads are like driving on ice...beware!
• State Law requires helmets to be worn at ALL times.
