General Manager: Rick Dudleydudley

-- a native of Toronto, ONTARIO

-- appointed Senators GM on June 30, 1998 (fourth GM in Senators' history)

-- head coach, GM of Detroit Vipers (1995-98)

-- GM of Carolina Thunderbirds (1983-86), Flint Spirit (1987-88), New Haven Nighthawks (1988-89)

-- Has never missed the playoffs since starting as a GM and head coach in 1980. Has posted a career record of 476-196-51 as GM and a career playoff record of 100-59.

-- director of pro scouting and minor league operations with Los Angeles Kings in 1993

-- head coach of Los Angeles' IHL affiliate in Phoenix and also of San Diego, where in 1992-93 he set a professional hockey single-season record for most wins with 62 (132 points)

-- head coach of the Buffalo Sabres 1989-91. Finished third in Jack Adams Trophy voting as NHL's Coach of the Year in 1990 '83

-- played for the Buffalo Sabres (1972-73, 1974-75, 1978-79, 1980-81). He tallied 70 goals and 94 assists in 279 games. Finished his career with the Winnipeg Jets in 1980-81

-- He was captain and an All-Star with the WHA's Cincinnati Stingers from 1975-78


Head Coach: Jacques Martinmartin

-- appointed Sens head coach on January 24, 1996

-- served as assistant coach for the Stanley Cup Champion Colorado Avalanche     (4 years as assistant coach of the Quebec Nordiques).

-- served as GM and head coach of Quebec's AHL affiliate Cornwall in 1993-94

-- first NHL head coaching job as head coach of the St. Louis Blues (1986-87, 1987-88).

-- two years as an assistant to head coach Mike Keenan in Chicago

-- as head coach of the Guelph Platers (OHL) led the team to a Memorial Cup championship in 1986.

-- 1986 OHL Coach of the Year


Assistant Coach: Perry Pearnpearn

-- native of St. Albert, ALBERTA

-- named Sens assistant coach in June 1996

-- assistant to head coach Terry Simpson in Winnipeg (1995-96)

-- head coach of the Medicine Hat Tigers (WHL) 1994-95

-- worked full-time at Canadian Hockey and served as head coach for gold medal winning Canadian National Junior Team at 1993 World Junior Hockey Championships in Sweden.

-- head coach of Ambri-Piotta in the Swiss Elite League (1993-94)

-- head coach at N. Alberta Institute of Technology (1978-93)
