1965-1999

On Sunday, May 23, the world was saddened at the news that Owen Hart had been killed during an accident at a WWF Pay Per View event in Kansas City, MO. Words can not explain what this outstanding performer and incredible human being meant to us all. Owen was a very versatile performer who was known better for his technical wrestling skills than for his abilities on the microphone, but always gave a stellar performance each and every time out. He had the uncanny ability to play a wide variety of characters - anything from the superhero-like Blue Blazer to the whiny brat who accused Ahmed Johnson of trying to injure him with a headbutt after Owen had hit Johnson in the head with the cast on his arm. Below are a series of messages that were posted on the conference room message board by many of the MMP's handlers at the time of this terrible tragedy, showing just how much Owen Hart meant to us all.
