This page is dedicated to the play of the L.A. Clippers guard, Pooh Richardson.

Pooh was originally drafted by the Minnesota Timberwolves in the 1989 NBA draft. He spent three years there averaging 15.0 points per game. He is also the Timberwolves all-time franchise leader with 1,973 assists.

Pooh joined the Indiana Pacers for the 1992-93 season. While playing in Indiana for two years he averaged over 10 points per game, and 7 assists per game.

Pooh then ventured to the west coast, where he is still currently playing for the LA Clippers. Ever since the Clippers got him, he has had his playing time reduced every year ( Which is a travesty to me ).

His career highs include 35 points, 5 three pointers ( 3 times ), 10 rebounds ( 3 times ), 17 assists, 8 steals, 4 blocks, and an outstanding 53 minutes played in one game.

Pooh does not take anything he has for granted. He has done extensive volunteer work for the Boys and Girls Club of America.

Pooh enjoys watching James Cagney movie, particularly "White Heat","Public Enemy" and "Angels With Dirty Faces". He is also the co-owner of Glenn's All-Star Deli, a sports deli and catering company.
