The NBA Season Starts!
Well, the lockout is finally over and that means that Mike and the rest of the rookies can finally get back to basketball. This has been quite the unusual year for the rookie and even though he has been kept back from playing ball, he has still made his time more productive. This past summer, he held a basketball camp and he concentrated on improving his defense. The regular workout schedule for mike went as follows: in the morning, play basketball for three hours, eat lunch, shoot 300 makes, eat again, lift weights, practice on defensive skills, shoot 300 makes again. The author of this site caught up with him in his busy schedule to ask him a few questions. Some questions were about his thoughts and goals in the NBA and some were simple questions like what his favorite food was. To check out the interview, go to the Bibby 411 section. This year's rookie class contains talented players (e.g. Antwan Jamison, Chris Carter) and Mike hopes to compete against these players and win the rookie of the year award.
