I, Frank Eubanks, thank you for visiting this page.

As of April 24, 2004, I am 5' 8" tall and weigh 154 pounds, and am exacrly 20.8% body fat.  Wail!  I need to do something about that!  I was 18.7% body fat on October 4, 2003.  As of October 2, 2004, I  weigh 155 pounds.  I am 20.0% bodyfat as of October 2, 2004.  As of March 31, 2005, I am 20.9% bodyfat.  As of October 15, 2005, I am 21.7% body fat.  As of April 1, 2006, I weigh 161 pounds.   As of May 5, 2006, I am 26% bodyfat.  On January 7, 2007, I received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from Franklin University.  As of January 18, 2008, I weigh 167 pounds, and have a 36" waistline and 36" chest.  As of March 22, 2008, I am 21.3% bodyfat, and have a BMI of 24.5.  As of May 27, 2008, I am 24.6% bodyfat with a 24.4 BMI.  As of March 3, 2009, I weigh 153 pounds.
