I don't have any.

Who do you see as the World No.1 male and female players in five years time?

Five years is a long time in tennis and anything could happen. In the mens I have no idea. In the womens it'll probably be Hingis, or another newcomer - perhaps Kournikova.

The first time I beat Sabatini (in Rome, four or five years ago).

When I was at school I mised most of my lessons because I was always away playing tennis. I found it very embarrasing turning up to lessons and not understanding what was going on.

What's your greatest fear?

Snakes.

What car do you drive?

I have a Deawoo, but I never get the chance to drive it, because I'm never at home.

Favourite song of all time?

I like Mariah Carey, and Whitney Houston, but it's impossible to say which is my favourite song.

Favourite book?

I don't have a favourite. I usually read a lot of bestsellers.

Martina Navratilova, because of the changes she made to womens tennis.

What's your idea of perfect happiness?

Being healthy.

People who keep their mobile phones switched on when you're on court, or room-mates who snore.

My trophy from Amelia Island in 1996.

What do you think of tennis coverage in the newspapers?

It seems good, but the women get much less than the men.

What is the most valuable thing you've learnt in life?

I have had to spend a lot of time on my own from a early age. The most important thing for me was to learn to look after myself on my own.

If you could have been one person in history, who would it have been and why? I'm happy to be myself.

What do you dislike about your appearance?

Ask some of the other girls on the circuit they'll give you a better answer.

When my bags arrive late and I want to go out and practise.

Pick five words to describe yourself.

Funny, crazy, direct, and short tempered. I can't think of a fifth one.
