The I.H.S.S.C.A. will honor Assistant and Head Coaches with Certificates for 5, 10, 15, and 20 years of service to swimming in the state of Iowa. Those coaches that have achieved 25 years of service and beyond, in increments of 5 years, will receive special awards and recognition at either the girls or boys state swim meet.

Please complete the information below. Count only the full school year as one year of service. Coaching both boys and girls count as one service during those two seasons.

Awards will be presented at the girls state swim meet in the fall and at the boys state meet in the winter.
