Cass Championship History

What is Cass Boxing?

This is a boxing league I run using a simulator that I created using Visual C++ programming software.  As a member of the league, you create and manage a fighter by trying to lead him to the Undisputed Championship.  We have three sanctioning bodies, the Web Boxing Council (WBC), the Web Boxing Association (WBA), and the Internet Boxing Federation (IBF) that oversee Cass Boxing and recognize their own champions.  The chairman and presiding officer of each sanctioning body is a non-participating member of the Cass Boxing league and each chairman can only hold his/her post for 90 days.  The ultimate goal of every fighter is to win a world title (either the WBC, WBA, or IBF title) and then defeat the champion of their other sanctioning bodies to become the Undisputed Champion.

What isn't Cass Boxing?

We are not like a e-wrestling league.  We don't "book" cards or write story lines.  All fighters are created and matched and the result is determined by my simulator.  This is a league ran just like real professional boxing!  The only difference is we have our own superstars and champions and our results are determined by a simulator.

Can I see an example of your newsletter?

Sure, here is an archived message.

How can I sign up to receive your free weekly newsletter with results?

Signup by using the yellow box on the main Cass Boxing page.

Why would I (or anyone) want to sign up for your newsletter?

Well, obviously you don't have to.  It is just something many boxing fans enjoy.  Here, if you sign up, you'll quickly learn who our current stars are.  You notice yourself rooting for the underdog to defeat the cocky champion or you'll become furious at how the WBC champ says he'll fight anybody but he always avoids the IBF champ!  It is really quite fun. You wouldn't believe how many members we have that are thrilled when they receive our newsletter.  They say how slow real boxing moves and that Cass Boxing "fills their void!"

Also, In real boxing, your favorite star might fight twice a year.  Or there might be 2-3 fights a year worth watching.  But here, at Cass Boxing, stars fight every week! We have greatly anticipated match ups and unification bouts several times a month! Can you say that about real boxing?

Cass Boxing holds there own Olympics?

Yes!  Periodically, we take a several of our newly created fighters (with no fight yet) and set up
a single elimination tournament.  These bouts consists of 3 rounds only (as opposed to 12 rounds in
regular pro fights).  The winner of the tournament get the gold medal and a tremendous amount of glory!  A gold (or silver) medal will greatly propel your pro career!

O.K. I signed up.  How can I be a part of the league?

Create a boxing today!

Do members really get that excited about Cass Boxing?

They sure do!  It's like real boxing.  You see two undefeated champions, holding separate belts and win multiple times.  Soon enough, they begin dissing each other.  Then members and myself weigh in with predictions of their upcoming super fight!  Can fighter A withstand fighter B's power?  I know fighter B is too elusive for fighter A. etc.  Everybody's got an opinion.  Who's right? Well's have to wait and see!

Can I view a list of Cass Boxing's past champions?

Yes, check out our Cass Championship History.

Does Cass Boxing have it's own magazine?

    Yes, check it out.
