AUTOGRAPHED PACKS
I have been a big collector of autographed packs ever since I got a Signed Jaap Stam (Man Utd) Pack at the MOTD Convention in 1999. I think it makes these packs much more collectible and much more valuable. I think the photographs I get done at the same time as the signing look brilliant and also prove that they are authentic. I now have over 30 signed packs including signed 12 Packs, 4 Packs, Single Blisters, Window Boxes and even Sachets! Signed 12 Packs include Blackburn (Colin Hendry), Borussia Dortmund (Stefan Klos). One of my favourites is the rare Everton 4 Pack with Graham Stuart figure. This pack also includes Andrei Kanchelskis is signed by the Russian winger. You can see it later along with Andrei posing with the pack. One of my favourite Signed blisters is Billy Dodds as this blister is very rare so I wouldn’t think anyone else would have one of these signed! Most players are happy to sign them and pose for photos and some players are amazed at seeing themselves 3 inch high! Reggie Blinker thought his was amazing, saying he had never seen one before. Andrei Kanchelskis said, “This is good yes”. Tommy Johnston (Ex. Villa) response to seeing him in blister was “Gordon Bennett”. A common response from a lot of players is “Oh, that’s an old one, as a lot of them aren’t in the team kits that they now play for. The pack I think will be the most valuable is the Rangers Gold Edition 4 Pack as it is signed by all 4 players in the pack, these are a limited Production of just 2,000 packs and fully signed the value of this pack would be very high.
