Striped Bass can be caught in
the New England area from Late April to November. A variety of live
bait and lures can be used to coax these monsters of the sea. Stripers
can range in size from 2 to 70 plus pounds. The Striped Bass is olive green
fading to silver, and usually has 6 to 8 longitudinal black stripes.
