ATLANTA, GEORGIA, JULY-27-1996: Frustrated athletes went back to the start line after another foul was committed in the event of men's 100m dash. Defending olympic champion Linford Christie of Great Britian was kicked out of the competition after two fouls. Frankie Fredericks of Namibia won silver in both 100m and 200m. |
