| On September 17, 1999, a relationship was forged between two outstanding Christian Student organizations. The University Christian Ministry (UCM) from The University of South Alabama and the Southern Christian Student Center (SCSC) from the University of Southern Mississippi held a joint retreat at Percy Quinn State Park in McComb, MS.
