Hey bartender...
I'm not going to say much. One thing, however, is that I love to bartend. I have recently come up with several new drink recipes. I hope you enjoy them.
Drink Recipes:
Easy Cream
3/4 oz. Kahlua, 1 oz. Irish Cream, Milk to taste
Serve in an old-fashioned glass with 4-5 pieces of ice. Add Kahlua and Irish Cream, and then, add milk to taste. Stir slowly to avoid curdling of the milk. This drink is fantastic. I highly recommend it. Try it. You'll love it.
Frosty
3 oz. Kahlua, 3-4 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream, Hershey's Chocolate Syrup, Milk
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Poor and serve.
Berry Fuzzy Naval
1 oz. Wild Stawberry Schnapps, 1 oz. Peach Schnapps, Orange juice to taste, Dash of Grenadine (optional)
Serve in a Collins glass over ice. Add Wild Strawberry Schnapps and Peach Schnapps, and then, add orange juice to taste. Add a dash of Grenadine for color. Stir.

Help:
Layering drinks and shooters
One method is to slowly pour the ingredients down the back of a spoon. Another method is to simply pour slowly down the side of the glass. The most important part of layering is the levels. They must go from thickest to thinnest starting from the bottom (usually=low proofs to high proofs).
More to come...
