Dr. Domino received his Ph.D. from Miami University and focuses his research on a range of issues dealing with Constitutional rights and liberties, judicial independence, and the administration of state court systems. He is the author of Civil Rights and Liberties: Toward the 21st Century; Sexual Harassment and the Courts; and Affirmative Action and the Federal Courts, all published by Addison Wesley Longman. He has published articles on non-attorney judges and the adoption of computer technology by the Texas trial courts. Dr. Domino has also completed post doctoral training in court administration and works as a consultant with the state courts on issues ranging from technology in the courts, jury reform, and the impact of Americans With Disabilities Act on the administration of justice. He is currently writing a book on the impact of the Supreme Court on the political process.
